SNPS Instrumental Music Program
At Strathfield North Public School, students have the chance to delve into the world of music with onsite instrument lessons offered before or after school. Skilled tutors provide instruction in a variety of String, Woodwind, Brass, Percussion, Vocal and Keyboard instrument. Managed by the school's specialist CAPA program, this program ensures students receive quality musical education.
Lessons are arranged directly between students and their tutors, with options for 30-minute sessions at $50 per 30 minutes or $75.00 per 45-minute lesson.
Students involved in the school's music program showcase their talents at a variety of performance opportunities throughout the year. Those learning instruments externally are allowed to apply for school ensembles. Currently we offer:
- Senior Orchestra (Brass, Woodwind, Strings and Percussion)
