A Partnership in Learning
The need to preserve what we already have in order to pass it on to our children and our children's children is something we believe resonates strongly with all parents. Here at Strathfield North Public School the P&C has actively pursued new ventures whilst consolidating those that have been working in progress for some time.
We have been actively involved in supporting the role of new technology at the school. To date, we have funded the installation of new interactive whiteboards into classrooms. We continue to pursue and consolidate the completion of projects related to the grounds of the school. Recent projects have included the redevelopment of the grass area with seating and shade cloths for students and the refurbishment of the COLA. A future project is to resurface the softball play area with artificial grass.
P&C Meetings
Date: Third Wednesday of every month except during school holidays. 7:00pm via zoom and/or face to face in the library. Refer to Enews for more information.
The P&C welcomes all parents and caregivers to our monthly meetings and to participate, support and help with the many activities that P&C leads. P&C meetings provide an opportunity for parents and carers to bring ideas for improvements for the school and to participate in the setting of priorities for future projects that P&C will resource and fund.
Meeting reminders are published under "Important Dates" in SNPS Newsletter and will be put onto the SNPS K-6 Calendar.
The agenda and minutes of the previous meeting are forwarded to members before the meeting date. The P&C committee is always happy for community contact.
SNPS Centenary keepsakes
In 2022, Strathfield North Public School celebrated an incredible 100 years of educating local children. To commemorate it, we produced a SNPS cookbook and a tea towel featuring all the 2022 classes. All proceeds raised go towards school development.

The tea towel has 2 versions, the K-2 tea towel captures all the portraits created by our own Inclusive and K-2 students while the 3-6 tea towel captures all the portraits created by our own year 3 – 6 students. The quality tea towels are made with 100% cotton. Please click the link below to order.
